2011-2012 Season
A lot of factors go into entering a racquetball team in the MOHSRA League. The cost of a program is one of the most important factors. Outlined below is an overview of what 3 costs to consider when running a racquetball team.

1. PRACTICE TIME
- Different clubs charge different rates for practice time. Some require that the participants purchase student memberships. The clubs listed below host the matches for the MOHSRA League. 2. LEAGUE FEES FOR THE 2011-2012 SEASON
Varsity Team - $1520 per team
(Total Cost for 8 Players)
Team Consists of 6 Singles Players and 1 Doubles Team

3. MOHSRA/USAR MEMBERSHIP FEES FOR SUBS
$50 per sub on your team
(please note Varsity Teams, JV1 Teams, JV2 teams, and JV3 League players have this membership fee included in their League Fees)
Liability coverage is necessary for every participant in the MOHSRA League. The cost of this coverage is included in League Fees. However, we must purchase memberships for all players being used as subs. These are players who are on your team in addition to the following headcounts on each team.
Each student participating in the MOHSRA League is required to be a member of USA Racquetball. USAR is the National Governing Body for the sport of racquetball, recognized by the U.S. Olympic Committee and is committed to excellence and service to their members. They provide opportunities for members and enthusiasts to actively participate in the sport, through sanctioning of events, administration of programs and development of competitive teams. In Missouri, Racquetball is recognized as a club sport and does not fall under the umbrella of MSHSAA (the Missouri State High School Activities Association).
A portion of the fee directly supports this website as well administrative costs for league.

USA Racquetball's Seconday Accident Insurance
One of the key benefits of USAR membership is the liability coverage they provide for the MOHSRA League with their Secondary Accident Insurance. USAR members can benefit from Secondary Accident Insurance in the event of injury during any USAR sanctioned tournament. This insurance is secondary to any primary coverage that the injured party may already have in place.
How to file a claim
1. Notify USA Racquetball immediately to receive a claimant form.
2. Have on hand the date of injury, site of sanctioned event, a witness, and your membership number.
3. Your injury must be treated by a physician within 30 days of the accident.
4. Complete and file the claim form with USAR not more than 90 days after injury occurred.
5. Meet the required deductible of the primary insurance.
6. File an associated claim with your primary insurance carrier, according to their policies and procedures.
It is imperative that all incidents, no matter how minor, be reported immediately to USA Racquetball.
